How To Produce Your First Website With Blue Griffon (Part 1)

If you’ve been following my ‘How To’ video series then you’ll know that a lot has been covered.

The first series of videos included how to find your niche, how to choose and purchase a domain name, how to select a suitable hosting account, how to plan your internet business, how to develop your marketing plan, how to develop a range of free gifts to attract potential customers to your site, how to upload various files using FTP …… and much more.

Phew!  If you’ve ever dreamed of starting your own internet business then you really have got everything you need right here – why look elsewhere?

The last video I produced looked at the topic of developing your own squeeze page.  The time has now come to start putting everything together, and that means it’s time to build a site.  Before you start freaking out let me just say that it’s a lot easier than you might imagine.

OK, so your site isn’t going to be all singing and dancing, but it’s going to look professional and be functional – just trust me and stick with me here.

We’re going to be developing a site using free software called Blue Griffon.  In my first video I’ll be explaining what web editors are and how we can download Blue Griffon onto our computer.  We’re taking small steps here, but it will be all worthwhile.

So let’s get on with it.  Simply click on the video link below, grab a coffee, follow the instructions, and get started.  If you’ve got any questions as we progress through the Blue Griffon training then simply leave a comment or email me at  I’m looking forward to seeing your first website!

Craig – Thanks for linking Lily to the other Blue Griffon videos in the series.

Lily – hope you’ve managed to find them! If you’re just starting out, then WordPress is perhaps an easier option. Have a look at my YouTube channel ‘Easier Internet Marketing’.

Good luck with your web adventures,
