How To Produce Your First Website With Blue Griffon (Part 9)

Here in the penultimate video in the Blue Griffon series we start to put everything together to produce our first website.

In previous videos we’ve covered a range of topics and developed the necessary skills to really create an excellent product.

I have emphasised the importance of planning – too many websites seem to lack a basic plan, and the outcome can be confusing for visitors.  I always plan my sites using Powerpoint – I can put together the various elements and then re-arrange them until I get a layout that I’m happy with.

Upon completion of the basic plan I then start to construct the various elements in Blue Griffon.

To watch the video simply click on the link below.  If you need a refresher about anything we’ve covered previously in this series then use the links on the right hand side to access any of the previous eight videos.  As always, if you’ve got any questions related to the content of my Blue Griffon videos then please don’t hesitate to contact me at support@easierinternetmarketing.com

I hope you enjoy the video!

    Hello,
Can I use Bluegriffon as a FTP tool? For making quick changes in a webpage en put the webpage back on the hostserver? And if so, can it be done from the hostserver?

    Kind regards,
    Henk Stuiver

      Hi Henk,
It’s not something that I’ve ever tried. I normally make changes in Blue Griffon and then upload the changes via Filezilla. I may have been ober-complicating things! Let me know how you get on.
      Best wishes,
      Graham
